All shipping is free for orders within the continental United States and will be shipped with USPS.  All items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after full payment is received unless otherwise noted.

LOCAL PICKUP

​

If you are local to the Troy, Alabama area and would like to schedule local pickup, please add a note in your cart stating "I would like to schedule local pickup"  upon placing your order.

​

Local pickup usually ensures you will receive your painting sooner and alleviates time and shipping materials.  While paintings are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, accidents during the shipping process, while rare, do happen, and local pickup eliminates this risk.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All painting and product sales are final, but please contact me at Heather@HeatherMillerFineArt.com if you have any problems with your order.  

​

Should your painting arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at Heather@HeatherMillerFineArt.com with photos of the damage as it arrived, and I will work with you to protect your investment.

COMMISSIONS

 

A deposit of 50% is required to start a commission, and full payment is required prior to shipment of any commission.  For more information on commissions, please click here.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The intellectual property is retained upon sale of art, and I retain all rights to all art that I create.  Reproductions of any kind may not be made without prior written permission.  I retain the right to create reproductions of previously sold art.

Upon payment of art, you have the right to display your purchase in your home or business.  You also have the right to share images on social media channels.  Please tag me if you do @HeatherMillerFineArt – I love seeing this art in your home and how it brings joy to your life!
